Terms of sale

Last updated 13 October 2026

These terms apply to consumer purchases made through CircularHub. Please read them before placing an order. The product listing, delivery information and applicable returns and warranty terms shown before payment also form part of your purchase information.

Who operates CircularHub

CircularHub is operated by Duvillaun Limited, an Irish company (company number 827481), at Venture Hub, 136 Capel Street, Dublin, D01 T2C9, Ireland. Contact: [email protected].

Who sells your device

Devices are sold by independent professional suppliers through CircularHub. The supplier identified for your order is the contractual seller of the device. CircularHub operates the website, checkout and customer-support experience, and facilitates payment and order administration on the seller’s behalf.

The device

Each listing describes the device offered, including its stated condition, specification, included accessories and available testing or battery information. As a pre-owned or refurbished item, it may show signs of use consistent with its description.

Prices and payment

The total price, including applicable delivery charges and taxes, is shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe Checkout. CircularHub handles payment and refunds for your order on the seller’s behalf. The card statement descriptor is circularhub.io.

Orders and availability

Submitting payment places an order for the listed device. You will receive an order confirmation and access to your order page. If the device is unavailable or cannot be supplied as described, we will contact you and arrange a full refund. An obvious pricing error may result in cancellation and a full refund.

Delivery

Available delivery destinations, charges and estimated delivery dates are shown before payment. The supplier dispatches the device, while CircularHub provides tracking and support. See our Delivery Policy. Your statutory rights concerning delivery and risk are unaffected.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

You may have a statutory right to cancel an eligible distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, as well as rights where a device is faulty or not as described. Any additional voluntary returns period is shown on the listing. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for how to notify us and obtain return instructions.

Warranty and legal rights

Any commercial warranty is described on the device listing and your order information. It is additional to, and does not replace, mandatory consumer rights against the seller. For assistance, use your order page or contact CircularHub.

Device data

Before returning a device, back up your data, sign out of accounts, disable activation locks and erase personal information where possible. This does not reduce your statutory rights.

Responsibility and complaints

CircularHub is your first point of contact for orders, delivery, returns, refunds and warranty assistance. The supplier remains responsible for its statutory obligations as seller. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Irish law to the extent permitted. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections or court rights applicable in your country of residence.

Changes

The terms applicable to an order are those presented when the order was placed. We may update these terms for future orders.
